It is 10 minutes walking distance to the famous Camps Bay beach and has Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles as its backdrop. The V&A waterfront is 10 minutes drive, Hout Bay fishing village 15 minutes and the Constantia wine farms are 20 minutes drive away.

One on Houghton is a double storey home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, all with full en-suite bathrooms, ample cupboard space and sea-facing views. A further 2 bedrooms are downstairs, pool and garden facing - the larger with a full en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

There are 2 lounges and open plan living to the outdoor pool area. It has a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and ice maker.

Downstairs there is a large open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with folding doors onto the pool, garden and barbeque deck with an alfresco dining area. Upstairs there is a lounge which leads onto a balcony where you can enjoy sea and mountain views, and the most magnificent sunsets. The lounge has a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. 3 bedrooms have their own flat screen TV sets. Satellite TV and free internet/ Wifi is provided.

All bedrooms have 100 percent cotton linen. Bath towels are provided. The beds in 3 bedrooms can be made up either as 1 king size or 2 single beds.

2 lock up garages are available if required all with their own remote controlled doors.

The housekeeper lives on the premises and is on duty 6 days a week for housekeeping. Laundry can be done by private arrangement with him.

The swimming pool is unfenced but has a safety net which can be fitted.
